And yet, after working with countless individuals like yourself, we realized that there just isn't enough time in the day to conduct extensive screenings and interviews. Fortunately, we have a successful method of matching you up with somebody who can take care of all your needs efficiently.
What Protective Measures Do You Have in Place?
To secure your business, all our contractors sign a Confidentiality Agreement. Should you require any other contracts, we can talk about that too. We recommend using strong passwords and storing them in password managers to guarantee the security of your accounts at all times.
Do they offer support outside of traditional working hours if I require assistance?
Our Social Media Managers are available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. We will make every effort to respect those hours of communication and availability, although should an emergency arise we may consider making special arrangements on a case-by-case basis in agreement with your Social Media Manager and Client Success Consultant.
Can I Speak with My Social Media Manager directly?
Absolutely! Your Social Media Manager will be a participating and integral part of your team.
